Anyone know how to program Necta Colibri coffee machines?

Got the machine 2nd hand no instructions, was working for awhile then came up saying it needed a reset so did that & have it somewhat functional but the layouts all fucked & I can't get the sugar dispensing via button press as it should.
If anyone has experience with setting these machines help would be appreciated

long black sugar
flat white mochachino
Short black Hot Choc
Cappuachino Hot Water
