Eek! Previous mechanic didn't get around to it?

Too long ago, but it wasn't that hard on my 91. Check out justkdx . Hmm, still a forum, used to have a standalone site with resources .

Ummm... I scored the bike of a old mate, its bloody tidy but not run for many years, what water was left in it had turned to solid rust... The impeller gone the head of the bolt gone...
Is it justkdx. dirtbike. Com? You speak of?

As you know save I'm all good with air head strokers n LCs, this is the first dirt bike iv had, no nothing of power valves etc...

Yeah part of dirtrider net.

Ohh, yeah the power valves on those need attention, read up about it. They are quite simple but can clog up seize and strip the gears on them.

The remains might be in your radiator or waterpipes.
likely cheaper to put a electric one on it now.

Packaging on a dirtbike where any protruding bit will get ripped off in a rut may be unwise.

Sometimes deep enough that you get stuck. It sucks.

Well... Seems no longer available from kawa... So might have to, what we're you thinking?

I used something a bit like this on my MB100. You could try at a car wrecker for VWs.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Bosch-0392020024-Water-Circulation-Pump-VW-T4-Golf-3-Lt-28-Passat-3A-3B-Seat/193199719952?hash=item2cfb99c610:g:qTIAAOSwQrJbWHP 7

I tried cheaper ones from China but they eventually failed.
no. Make that regularly

Some Subaru with the water to air intercooler run them oe on intercoolers.
If you ask Sidecar bob he will tell you what eurotrsh ran the electric water pumps. As Dave said VW BWM etc.
they use to replace same some at certain KM's ask which is the small ones.

Toyota Psius had rather nice ones i recall

Maybe an AUX one like this would work

i did see these the other day.

they also have a generic V force made by OKO for MY RD.

Right... How the hell does the oil get from the clutch casing were the site glass is and fuller cap get into the gear box???

I hope it has nothing to do with the drain area as I had to helecoil the drain and as you can see by the pic the helecoil blocks the drain

The clutch casing drains out the side, but when drilling out the helli there is an open void above or at the top of the drain bolt... What's in there? 344243

It'll still drain but at a slower rate. A carefull use of a demel should tidy things up thouigh. Put some ali tape on the bits you don't want to damage.

Well stop dicking around and bring the poxy cover here. Ring first.

As to how the oil gets from the cover/clutch area to the 'box - should be a hole behind/under the clutch.
