Make sure you at least adjust the rear preloads up to max then back again on a test ride if poss checking for leaks esp if they are the silver older first model ones.
Yamaha XJR 1300 rears are a direct swap , if you go this way make sure to get the ohlins 3 way adjustable ones (the GSX orig are 3way)

Save your money on a powercommander (unless you go a FULL system) and get a 4deg advancer, dont bother with a K&N or similar airfilter as they make less HP than original.

The ad needs more and better pics.

Common for them to have the fork lowers and engine to have a pitting look as the clear coat is fairly thin, polish and keep clean or spray black paint.
Looks like it has braided lines up front.
Has a oil cooler grill and front fender extender as well.
