Evening all.

I've just fitted a twin headlight on my Hornet.
Everything works well, running lights, low & high beam.
There's an issue with the high beam indicator light on the dash now though (blue light that tells you high beam is on)
When the bike is running and has low beam switched on the high beam indicator light is on, when i switch to high beam the indicator light gets brighter.
Back to low beam, indicator light stays on but dims slightly.

This is on a 2010 hornet. The original lights have a separate bulb for low and another for high.
My new lights have twin filament bulbs.
I imagine this may be the problem?

And thoughts on what i can do to fix this??

Cheers!

Sounds like a non issue top me. Anyway get a copy of the wiring diagram and trace the high beam lite wire and route that directly to the high beam circuit. Diagram should be in the workshop maintenance manual available in pdf format online.

Won't this fail a wof if the high beam indicator light is always on?
