Two Canty swapmeets cancelled

The Hororata swapmeet on 26/9 and the Canty VCC swapmeet a fortnight later have both been cancelled.

Obviously due to Level 2 restrictions.

IMO this should guarantee the SI at least will go to level 1 before the end of the month....
