yeah if ts not good for trump its bad.........
notice how the trumpers like to call out everything all sorts of lies unless it comes from Trump, where even if it's clearly untrue to ie 50% of his speeches, they will never call it that, it's almost like republicanism is somesort of a religious cult..........
they will never produce evidence to support their own allegations yet will never accept any of the piles of evidence that shows their own cult leader to be a lying narcissistic shitsheadDo get a life will you.
My four year old grandson has more clues than you do.

Trump and the ignorati do not like that results of postal votes keep getting counted after election night. There's many reasons for that, all explained in The Atlantic article I posted above. These votes tend to favour the Democrats though so Trump doesn't like them.
I am kinda hoping that he has to be removed by force, just to shame him. But to be honest, I don't think he is capable of feeling shame. Or empathy. Kinda makes him look like a psychopath....
ironically, democracy put him there in the first place, but may not be able to remove him.

I'm not sure about "psychopath" particularly, but he is known to have NPD and he exhibits frequent signs of dementia. Considering that he was considered low IQ to start with, he was never capable of functioning as president.
The comments under that YouTube clip indicate that some think the military will remove him. Those people must have missed the message from the military, they will have no role.
Barr controls all Justice Dept resources: FBI, US Marshalls, ICE, Border Patrol, DHS, SS?, etc etc. The only federal law enforcement outside his control is the Congressional Police and their reputation seems patchy.
He has his wall, he has built one around the White House.

Known? By Who? Someone who has formally diagnosed him? Or someone who has diagnosed his Public Persona?
Dementia? You what? Look at his comments on the death of RBG or his Townhall - He knows exactly what he's doing, where he is, what he's saying.
Low IQ? By who?
Seriously Pritch - these are the outright fabrications that are not backed by anything remotely credible, naught but the sour-grapes of people who are still upset at the 2016 result.
As I said to Sugillite - there's plenty to fairly critique Trump on, without reaching for these outlandish and frankly foolishly baseless accusations.
And for people like me, all they do is reaffirm the cancer that lies at the heart of Left-Wing Politics in the US and galvanize the support we have in Trump.

A petition signed by 350 psychiatrists and other mental-health professionals claiming that President Donald Trump’s mental health is deteriorating rapidly
Donald Trump has the real potential to become ever more dangerous, a threat to the safety of our nation,” Drs. Bandy Lee, a Yale psychiatrist, Jerrold Post, a former CIA profiler, and John Zinner, a psychiatrist at George Washington University
Clearly what would they know..................

I have a question for a psychologist, to be polite I'll use the example of the student flat posted in the Covid thread recently. Since they are university students one might assume a reasonable IQ. Yet these guys, all infected with COVID, knew they had to stay home but just couldn't understand why they couldn't invite friends around to party. They can't really be stupid, but they certainly act stupid.
I know a number of psychologists, I will seek advice on this shortly.
We all live in Trump's area of government to an extent, or used to. The US president was normally leader of the free world. This one is not. He is not even the leader of the United States. He talks about red states and blue states, rather than the United States.

Well, since you asked:
Open in Incognito mode to bypass paywall (https://www.nytimes.com/2020/09/11/opinion/fact-check-trump.html)
This is from the NYT - so hardly a pro-trump outlet - most of the claims are true and despite attempts to minimize or editorialise, even the ones where a different view is taken (in accordance to the Anti-Trump party line so prevalent in the NYT), it's still a very impressive list.
Then there's the biggies: Talking to North Korea, The deal in the Middle-east, Not starting any new wars, withdrawing US troops from overseas, Banning the teaching of insidious doctrines such as Critical Race Theory and instead proposing a patriotic form of Education.
Interestingly enough on the Middle-East, no one knew about it until the Deal was announced, compared with almost every other politician where there is a great fan-fare and spectacle of 'going into talks' etc.
It makes you wonder what else he's got simmering away. It's also interesting because when the North Korea meeting was done, that was accompanied by the usual pomp and ceremony of Politicians wanting to be seen to be getting things done.
There's a degree of speculation as to whether or not the silence on the Middle-East deal was Trump changing his tack to suit the sensibilities of the audience he was working with.
Thanks to Donald, the world is in a worst place than it's ever been in decades. Fact.

That's not very comforting since the Republicans will dominate the Supreme Court 6 to 3 by then if Miss Lindsey has anything to do with it.
Maybe the Democrats should impeach Trump again, instead of just talking about it. Pelosi says they have other arrows in their quiver. I'm concerned some of her arrows may be blunt.

IIRC the Trump spawn were court ordered to attend instruction on running a charity legally. They certainly need professional help with that. They needed lawyers to defend them against fraud charges. That's more professional help.
This was a family trait. NY shut Trump Sr's foundation down because it too was operated fraudulently. He needed professional help to defend those charges. Before he paid millions in settlements.
I wonder what Bonez makes of Trump's niece suing the family for fraud? The family need yet more professional help now.
Then there's the NY AG coming for Eric (at first), he needs professional help right now.

Trump Pays $2 Million to 8 Charities for Misuse of Foundation .
The payments were part of a settlement announced last month that capped a drawn-out legal battle. In the end, the president admitted in court documents that he had used the foundation to settle legal obligations of his businesses and even to purchase a portrait of himself.
The state judge ordered the president to give $2 million to the eight charities, or $250,000 per charity. Under the settlement, Mr. Trump’s lawyers also agreed to liquidate the Trump Foundation’s remaining assets of more than $1.7 million and disburse them to those same nonprofits, which have no connection to the president or his family.

So, based on your infographic - of 1,300 cases filed, nearly 1,000 he either won or they were dismissed, whereas he's lost only 38.
For someone who is supposedly ignorant of the Law and breaks it all time, 450 wins to 38 loses, That's what a 92% success rate in his favour...
Not to mention his settlement rate is around 10% of all the cases he's involved in.

RESIDENT DONALD Trump's support among members of the military has dropped significantly during the last year, according to a new poll, with almost half of those surveyed now saying they hold an unfavorable view of the commander in chief.
More than 49 percent of the 1,018 active-duty troops who responded to the Military Times survey in July and August view the president's oversight of the armed forces as "unfavorable" or "very unfavorable," with more than 42 percent expressing latter, more severe opinion. Roughly 38 percent believe Trump does his job well. The numbers represent a sizable shift from the Military Times' 2018 poll, which showed 59 percent were happy with Trump's performance and only 20 percent held an unfavorable view.

Then bump up the number of judges so they can have an even number of both conservative and liberal judges on the bench.

US intelligence officials say there's no evidence to back up Trump's claims about threats to mail-in voting
US officials charged with protecting the 2020 election said Wednesday they have "no information or intelligence" that foreign countries, including Russia, are attempting to undermine any part of the mail-in voting process, contradicting President Donald Trump, who has repeatedly pushed false claims that foreign adversaries are targeting mail ballots as part of a "rigged" presidential race.
Specifically, a senior intelligence official discounted the possibility of foreign actors mass producing fake ballots to interfere in the November elections, again breaking with Trump who has continued to insist that mail-in voting poses a significant threat to election security.
"We have no information or intelligence that any nation state threat actor is engaging in activity ... to undermine any part of the mail-in vote or ballots," the official told reporters.
It is also the latest example of how Trump is routinely out-of-step with the views of the US intelligence community regarding issues of national importance, including Russian meddling in the 2016 election and the assassination of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

In case you found it a bit suspect when it was reported that he spent two hours in makeup every morning before appearing for work at 11.00AM. Note that he has claimed US$70,000 for hair care. That's a lot of hair care.

compare the Sabre rattling of 2017 to post 2018/2019 North Korea - they are entirely different. There may also be other intangible benefits not between the US and NK, but between the US and others.
Either way - he did something which no other US president was able to do since the 1950s, so that alone is some achievement.

The Enmity between the various Arab states and Israel isn't anything that is unknown. Yes, they weren't at war, however it's not like they were on happy terms either. Consider that if the UAE and Israel can get along and the other Arab states see it, maybe they might decide: "It's in our best interests to make a Deal" and thus selfish altruism ushers in some additional stability in the Middle East.

I must check to see what time the presidential debate starts Wednesday. Word has it that Biden is preparing. This is normal, Hillary had a guy who dressed like Trump and spoke like him. I heard a brief piece on an Al Franken podcast and the surrogate Trump was good. Presumably Biden is working with a similar guy who pummels him with questions about his son Hunter and Burisma.
Of course, Biden can respond by asking Trump why Eric hasn't complied with his subpoena yet and why does Jr look as high as a kite anytime we've seen him in weeks. And now there's information about Trump's tax payments, or rather the lack thereof. Trump though, in his narcissism, doesn't think he needs to prepare. He is overestimating his own ability and underestimating Biden's. He might get a rude shock.
Trump sycophants like to say Biden has dementia. Then when he put in a powerful performance recently, they said he must have been shown the answers. It apparently doesn't bother them that someone they think has dementia could memorise the answers to over an hours worth of questions.
Biden might not be the man he was. Trump never got his man card, he got a certificate to say he had bone spurs.
Trump says he will insist Biden be drug tested. He is not King Donald, First of his name. Not yet anyway.

Not starting any new wars is worthy of a Peace Prize nomination?
Remarkable.
The leaders of North Koreas and South Korea were scheduled to have an in-person meeting before Trump decided to gate crash it so I do wonder what did he accomplish?
Kim Jong-un will meet South Korean leader Moon Jae-in on 27 April, only the third time leaders from the two countries have met and the first since Kim took power in 2011 after the death of his father.
The two nations technically remain in a state of war, since a peace treaty was never signed at the end of the 1950-53 Korean War, and this meeting could touch on a formal truce. It will also be focused on preparing the ground for US president Donald Trump to meet Kim in May or June. Here is everything you need to know about the historic meeting.
What is happening?
Kim and Moon will meet in Panmunjom, a village in the joint security areas on the heavily militarised border between the two neighbours. The eyes of the world will be on the summit and its tone will have a major impact on any meeting between Kim and Trump.
Why is it important?
This is only the second time Kim will meet another head of state, after a brief trip to China last month. This is also the first time in a decade that South Korea is led by a liberal government that wants to actively engage with the North. In many ways, Moon has been preparing for engagement with North Korea for most of his career.
At an inter-Korean summit on April 27, 2018, held at the Peace House in Panmunjom, the leaders of North and South Korea agreed to formally end the Korean War before the end of the year and confirmed the goal of a nuclear-free Korean Peninsula through denuclearization

I'm interested in the revelation that Trump paid zero tax in 10 years of a 15 year period. He called it ' totally fake news '. And that's just the start.
Good chance for him to be honest for the first time in his life . Reveal the records that show it's fake news and, all is forgiven.
We know it'll never happen because the only lies that his his zombie cult members believe, are the lies that their revered leader tells them.
Show us the records Donald that prove it's not fake news. It's as simple as that.By law he does't have to Ducky.

He called it 'totally fake news' .
Should be a piece of piss to answer, you seem to know everything. 10 years in 15 he paid no taxes at all.
If it's 'Fake news' all your Cult leader has to do is furnish the details that says he's in the clear.
Very simple, question asked and reply given. Waiting for the reply.

Apparently the NY Times story has the White House and campaign in major upheaval. For a "fake news" story they're taking it very seriously. Of course some of them could be looking at jail time. Well, some more of them. A bunch of Trump cronies have already been found guilty of crimes.
One story to come out of the detail is that Trump was paying Ivanka as a consultant and claiming the amount back as a business expense. Ivanka is a member of the company though so that's apparently an illegal form of double dipping which potentially exposes her to jail time.
Money doesn't necessarily bring happiness. Despite the riches he took from the Trump campaign: the Ferrari, the Range Rover, and the multiple Real Estate properties, Brad Parscale has been admitted to hospital following what is reported to be a suicide attempt. (And no I don't think that's funny, but it is news.)

One other thing:
Trump likes to say that he's under audit. Not everybody believes that.
One year he wanted to write off seventy million in losses. That's a lot.
A write off that massive has to be approved by a special joint committee of congressional representatives and senators. The committee has reportedly not approved the write off. Yet.

Yeah, That's so far out of whack it's funny. There's a major swing to Biden. Formerly safe red states are now marginal. Still, it needs a massive turn out, otherwise Trump will tie it up in the courts, or Congress - or anywhere.
Signs are good, over a million people have voted already as opposed to 10,000 at the same stage last time. Tbe assumption was that people were voting Democrat. That was questioned, but it was pointed out that people in the queues were wearing masks, were social distancing and nobody was nutting off. Plainly not Republicans.

As the debate becomes imminent projection rules in the Trump team. Trump wants Biden drug tested and has now accused him of wearing an ear phone and wants that checked prior to the debate. Trump is the guy who allegedly snorts crushed Adderall. That would certainly account for his incessant sniffing and the chunk of white stuff that flew out of a nostril recently. The guy who doesn't need to prepare is getting his excuses in early.
"Michele Bachmann warns of massive voter fraud in which pre-printed mail-in ballots from China are smuggled into the US and stored in barns until they are needed to steal the election from Trump." Then again Michele Bachman was always crazy. Trump's new SCOTUS pick has the same crazy stare which is a worry.

I've also seen some commentary from Body Language analysis channels that point to specific moments in some of Biden's public appearances where they think he may have been receiving 'assistance'. I'm not so sure I buy into that - but to me it's very simple:
Let both sides be tested and checked and then we know that it's fair.

What we have is a reality TV president that starts dumpster fires on a near daily basis which is if course very entertaining to comment on. A sentiment of yours noticeably absent when it came to Trumps tax returns. What did he have to hide? Now we know.
I've not had time to trawl over Trumps tax shit, but the few takeaways that I have formed a personal opinion on. (note the word personal there).
1. Trump lost daddy's money on bad businesses.
2. Businesses he has taken a direct hand in tend to fail.
3. Businesses he has invested in, but he does not run do very well.
4. America is now his latest bushiness that he is taking a strong direct hand in, famous for ignoring aides, advisors and so on to forge ahead with his own ideas - which has worked out disastrously for his other businesses.
5. Who are the entities that he owes serious money to? since it won't be American banks as they deemed him a bad business risk. My personal opinion is it is likely Russian sourced, which would explain the weird spectacle of a USA President defending Putin word over his multiple intelligence agencies. The same President that touts how hard he is sanctioning Russia, while at the same time doing his darnedest to get Putin back into the G7.
That is the single biggest issue with the taxes, who the hell does Trump owe all that money to? And considering that owing money to foreign entities excludes people from getting US Government security passes, should the American people not know who their President is beholden to financially before making their decision who to vote for?

Without checking my previous comments, I'm fairly certain I've never cared about Trump and his Tax returns. That is a complete non-issue that was artificially created by the Media and perpetuated by the Media.
Just like I don't care about anyone on this Forums Financial portfolio or current status, Just like I don't care about Ardern and anyone in the NZ Governments Financials, Just like I care naught for Boris Johnson and Jeremy Corbyn as to the structure of their assets.
If there's something dodgy, then that's up to the IRS. If there is money from dubious sources, I believe there are money laundering laws in the US that govern that sort of business, so until they open an investigation.
As for who Trump (the business entity, not the person) owes money to - Unless some serious proof of either quid pro quo or kickbacks or other form of soft-corruption is presented - my opinion on this can be summed up thusly:

Trump the person (and current PoTUS) is not the same as Trump the Business entity.
But I'll give you a compromise - if there is proper evidence of any of the above; Given how High-Profile Trump is and how the legion of 'Journalists' are sniffing out any and everything that could possibly be a mark against him so as to both get him out and make their careeer - I think it's fair to say that such evidence is being sought out incessantly, - then I'd support the full sanctions of the law against him.

My First thoughts (still listening - had a meeting, so missed the start)
Trump is a lot clearer on his numbers and figures than Joe is
Trump's Debate style is erm.... 'Questionable' - He's not a formal debater and constantly interrupts, rather than following a debate format - which I find irritating.
Joe stumbled on a couple of points that Trump immediately called him on.
Joe is doing a lot of 'Um, Uh, Err,'
Trump has got a couple of cracks, but is also full of his usual Trumpism "Best in the world, Cheapest, greatest" - Typical Hyperbole
Edit:
Joe is actually taking Trump to task quite effectively on Covid, Trump did have one good retort, but was lost in his other comments
Edit 2:
The Moderator has finally found their balls to tell both sides to stop interrupting.
Edit 3:
OOF! Trump just nailed Joe on his lack of support from Police and associating him with the 'defund' movement of the Radical Left (using that term)
Final Edit.
At the end of the Debate, Biden tailed off a bit, not a huge amount but he was starting to stumble over his words more, whereas Trump was still as articulate as Trump is normally. Personally I'd like to see Trump interrupt less and adhere more to the Debate format.
Overall - I give Trump an 8, Biden a 6.5.

That's exactly right. There is no organisation, there is nothing you can join, there is no leader, there is no sub to pay. They got together in response to some actions by the Proud Boys and others. An impromptu response at that time by a group of like minded people.
Trump wants ANTIFA declared a terrorist organisation. He says they're coming to rape and pillage in the suburbs and the idiot fringe believe him. It's all bullshit, he's just playing to his base.
As different as that may be to what the misinfomed may believe, that has been confirmed by the FBI.

Communism isn't the big evil that some may believe. In theory ... it's the perfect welfare state.
Theory differs from the reality though ... because of just how the Communist governments and their policies (and leadership/Citizen control systems) are set up ... which differs to how it actually should be in a true and correct Communist system. Absolute power corrupts at all levels. The book Animal Farm ... by George Orwell which was first published in England in August 1945 ... and is an interesting read. It was written as a children's book. Probably as it was the only way it could EVER have been published at that time.
The Antifa movement should be more described/considered as those being one's that proactively seek physical confrontations with their "Fascist adversaries" and not just all anti-fascist protesters. Few will (be brave enough to) admit to being part of the movement.
Those involved in the antifa movement usually hold anti-authoritarian and/or anti-capitalist and/or anti-fascist / anti-state views with a varied range of left-wing ideologies.
When the Italian dictator Benito Mussolini came to power under his National Fascist Party in the mid-1920s, oppositional anti-fascist movements surfaced in Italy and countries like the United States.

The "Logically anyone anti the anti fascists is a fascist" is simply what he put ...
The downside to his post was (at worst) ... an attempt to use logic to explain any political movement.
Simply it was ... if you're Anti (Against) the Anti-Fascist movement ... you must be Fascist.

Overnight our time the Governor of Texas has decreed that there may only be one ballot drop off point in each county. Some of those counties might be geographically extensive. Harris County, which includes Houston, has a population of 4.7 million that's about the same population as New Zealand - with one drop off point.
That's vote suppression so blatant that we can expect to read of a court challenge tomorrow morning.

Remember, I've been involved in the encroachment of radical left-wing activism into various sub-cultures that I happen to enjoy as far back as 2012.
And I'm even being generous by NOT including the various Punk/Hardcore Anarchist movements (that were a response to the Skinhead Punk movement) that existed in the 80s and 90s that in many cases evolved into ANTIFA chapters.

Since Trump was elected we've learned that many things people thought were illegal weren't. The expectation was that nobody would do such a thing, Generall nobody did - until Trump.
Then too most of us would have been told that, "Ignorance of the law is no excuse." It turns out though that in US law there are exceptions to that. One exception is US electoral law, that's why Trump Jr was not charged in respect of meeting with Russians to get dirt on Hillary. The Mueller report basically couldn't prove that Jr was smart enough to know that what he was doing was illegal.
Another exception is US tax law, the offender can plead ignorance. The prosecution would need evidence that the offender had been told that what he was doing was wrong. Accountants tend to be aware of that and rarely put such messages in writing. Which explains that while it appears Trump may have committed tax offences, the prosecution is not a simple matter.
Then there's Jacob Wohl. This young man has featured regularly in the news for outrageous stunts. He hired a guy to accuse Elizabeth Warren (then a presidential candidate) of sexual assault. You might be forgiven for thinking that was illegal. There was something siimilar in respect of Special Counsel Robert Mueller and former head of the CDC Dr Anthony Fauci. There have been other attempts to incriminate Democrat politicians including Biden and Harris. He has falsified death threats against himself. A recent film of his partner being raided by the FBI turned out to be yet another Wohl theatrical production. No charges arose out of any of this.
Legal podcasts in the US have discussed how long he could pull these stunts without facing serious charges. Like us they were wondering. Now we know the answer, the Attorney General for Michigan has laid four felony charges each against Wohl and his partner relating to voter intimidation. The charges arise from a robocall operation he operated telling black voters that if they voted by mail their information would be used to track them for other purposes such as debt colection, police action, etc etc .
All over the US the response is, "ABOUT TIME."

I OMITTED nothing at all. But you assume the true Communist system is run similar to the capitalist system. It's NOT. And not even close.
In the true Communist system ... the State provides ALL you require to LIVE AND do your job (NOT I might add ... all you actually WANT) You don't own anything. The job the state has instructed you to do (and often not even suited for you to do. Liking the job may be good for your morale, but liking your job is not required in usual communist policy and practice.
Everything is free ... but usually rationed ... and some things (in some areas) not even available. The harder you do work and more production you provide for the state .... the better rewards you may get.
You tow the party line that they give you. You preform you duty (your job) or measures will be taken to "enhance" (read motivate) your enthusiasm to tow the party line. If you thought your job was shit ... wait until they find one more suited to "inspire" (read motivate) the lazy to work harder. And the place they get you doing it in ... may not provide much comfort or "inspiration".

So, does anyone know what the procedure is if Trump dies of the hoax? I would assume Pence will step in - but does that mean he is also in the running for the election? Or does the whole shebang of the election process start again?
Joe Biden won't be surprised at all.
This is funny. Trump thought he was indestructible . It was a Hoax remember ? Just like the wall he promised hundreds of times. Nothing was anything but a lie.
Panic stations at the Republican camp now. Give me a break.
What a fucking idiot. And a Liar. I don't like Liars.

Not sure about the election process. If Trump is incapacitated Pence steps up. If he too is incapacitated before arrangements are in place, Pelosi is in the hot seat.
RGB was kept alive and sujrved the bench for four years.
I'm sure President Trump can manage.

It might be except that your fact check is not factual. Not close.
“You had some very bad people in that group, but you also had people that were very fine people, on both sides. You had people in that group … There were people in that rally — and I looked the night before — if you look, there were people protesting very quietly the taking down of the statue of Robert E. Lee. I’m sure in that group there were some bad ones. The following day it looked like they had some rough, bad people — neo-Nazis, white nationalists, whatever you want to call them. But you had a lot of people in that group that were there to innocently protest, and very legally protest.”

Before it was reported that Trump had contracted his hoax, it was reported that Hope Hicks had been with him for a coupla days electioneering before she tested positive. She's hawt, being an ex model and all, and there's no way trump would be keeping her any further away from himself than was necessary. And here we are...

This says he did say that
It’s fine, you’re changing history, you’re changing culture, and you had people – and I’m not talking about the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists, because they should be condemned totally – but you had many people in that group other than neo-Nazis and white nationalists, okay?

All of Trump’s Kiwibiker fan girl club are in tears right now.
How could it be that Trump contracted the “Chinese Virus”?
Thought it was a hoax?
Maybe it was Antifa that secretly infected him?
Or a Democrat?
Or maybe it was a black man?
Await for the fan girls conspiracy theories.

I saw the orignal remarks on the news and it was as reported. A day or so later he made another speech corecting his earlier remarks. That speech was written by a professional, possibly somebody in the White House Counsel's office. Making that one must have pissed him off, so the next day he came out with yet another speech more kind to the white suprmacists.
Dishonest people quote parts of the later speeches as the original. Rewriting history if you like.
The original comments were exactly as i quoted. That's what the little " marks mean.

I am not sure why trump would be worried its just like the flu and a hoax plus he's the healthiest ever president.
Donald Trump has "extraordinary" stamina and physical strength and would be the healthiest person ever elected president, his doctor said in a statement released Monday.
Dr. Harold Bornstein, who has been Trump's personal physician since 1980, said that "over the past 39 years, I am pleased to report that Mr. Trump has had no significant medical problems."
The physician said that Trump has lost 15 pounds in the past year, has never had cancer or hip, knee or shoulder replacements and "has no history of ever using alcohol or tobacco products."
"If elected, Mr. Trump, I can state unequivocally, will be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency," Bornstein said in the statement released by Trump's campaign.
Bornstein said Trump was recently given a medical evaluation that only showed "positive results," with his blood pressure clocking in at 110/65. Trump's lab test results were “astonishingly excellent,” he said
Don't worry though its the police or the military's fault he has caught it.
Trump said it was a difficult for him and those close to him to avoid the virus since so many others, including members of the military, try to interact with them.
"It's very hard when you're with soldiers, when you are with airmen, when you're with the Marines, and the police officers, I'm with them so much. And when they come over to you, it's hard to say, 'stay back, stay back.' You know, it's a tough kind of a situation, it's a terrible thing," he said.
a cynical person might think its a ply to get out of debates.

I think you missed my point - "You don't own anything" - that's because the State has taken it all - which is what my original glib remark hinted at.
Whatever way you slice it, such a system is fundamentally incompatible with Human Nature, because there is no Carrot (self-motivation) only Stick ('motivation' as you put it).
