Import a CB360 from US to NZ

I am very new here, just want to know if it is easy for possible to import a classic Handa CB360 into NZ and make it road legal.
Or where can I go ask for advice? I have the VIN number.

Being a classic, the standards to meet are low. But that's where to start.

Does anyone have a recommendation for an agent who would purchase a SL350 in the States and ship to NZ?

They were sold new here in NZ. Not in big numbers but the odd one shows up. I'd do a rigorous search here before importing.
