Leather gear in chch

Do any of the bike shops in Christchurch carry a good stock of leather gear?
Heading that way tomorrow and am still in search of a new 1 or 2 piece. Shops down this way don't have stock, and I'd prefer to touch and try on before I commit my $$

I would say Mega Motorcycle centre would be a good place to start, seems to be the road racing hub down there.

On your way into town stop at Avon City Suzuki - they appeared to have a fair bit of kit when I was in there. Mega also had a lot of kit when I was in there a month or so ago.

I got into leather direct and mega. both had some really good gear at similar prices.

I went with something from mega in the end, and am very happy with the gear, pricing, and service of the young fella who helped me out

if anyone else is looking around, I was pretty taken aback by the range of stuff on the shelves at leather direct - bloody heaps of stuff in there, way more than at any other place Ive seen for leather bike gear
