Leather jacket alterations - Christchurch

I have a really awesome armoured Belstaff jacket that I’ve had forever although it’s like new (I’ve somehow managed to limit spills to Kevlar gear - lol) but it needs a professional alteration.

Are there any recommendations for anyone in Christchurch or Canterbury that could help me please?
