Could somebody help me identify this part on a crank case cover?

Bought a cheap Lifan / Jialing / NzMoto 50cc cruiser style scooter.

It is built in the style of the Honda SS50 but much crappier and plastic-er.

First ride out a small cover on the left crank case on top of the case came off and although I went back out and walked my 2 km route I couldn't find this piece.

Have scoured the internet as well as the Lifan engine parts sites and Honda SS50 workshop manual (Just incase this part was also on the original SS50's) but cannot for the life of me find the name of the part or its use.

It has a threaded body and a small rubber O-Ring inside.

Am I running the risk of stuffing the bike up riding it without this cover?

Looks like a inspection hole for ignition timing. At worse it spit oil out and let crap in if there is no cover.
Go to the bike wreckers and look for a ct/xl/xr or similar engine case for one.

The Xr/xl 125 to 200 series had two bungs if youre lucky the smaller one will fit

Which seeing as it's the same Honda part number as the atc90 ad c70 i would say it might.
