Might be cheaper/easier to just buy another GN125.

Pulling it apart to change the spline isn't worth the effort (if you did it yourself) or cost if you were paying somebody to do it ...

Option 2. ... Weld the sprocket on. Sell it before it gets worn out.

You're just as guilty. From the original post I don't know if he wants the gear pedal spline size, final drive sprocket spline size or an internal gearbox spline size.
