Level 3 - where can I get a new battery in Chch

Hey guys

I know this is a bit of a longshot...

Over lockdown the battery on my wee DR-Z250 has died - will not hold voltage and will not charge.

Does anyone know of a supplier who will be open under Level 3?

I will be back at work myself - and I'm blowed if I'll use a car to commute if I don't absolutely have to.

Are you using a smart charger? If a battery is dead flat the smart charger won't charge because it can't detect a battery. You hook another battery up behind it, or use a dumb charger to part charge it and it should charge.

Of course it's also possible the battery has died.

Brilliant - they have one in stock and I can pick-up tomorrow.

They are where I would have gone under normal circumstances - great service.

And thanks for your comment Pritch - but the battery IS stuffed
