Yellow & tx 4 reading :not:

I would be happy to ride a bit with some happy fellas around wellywood on the weekends. So if youre bored ( not boring!) and are generally a happy person (whatever that means) pooost :scooter:

And for the question: Who has experience re plastic tanks and paint? I wanna get rid of the sticker since it has and gets bubbles underneath due to the expansion of the tank. But therefore I wonder what kind of paint would actually last and not crack or split off?

Thanks for listening.... :done:

i use jiff to clean up the plastics when they are faded or worn

brings them up looking like new.

dont know about painting them though

I heard stickers have to be thr right type as the petrol leaches thru the plastic and affects the sitickers (and paint)

welcome to the site, enjoy, please leave it as you found it and watch out for the trolls. Id not paint the tank, Ive seen too many have the paint peel straight off and look a total mess :eek5:

Hey C&C, keep an eye out in the 'Meetings and Events' section of the forum. Often rides are posted there. There is a ride tonight, read this:

These of course are rides on the road and not offroad. Anyhoo...see on one of the rides.
