And I can have a cup of tea whenever I want!
750cc of Suzuki's best ringa ding ding in fact.
And I finally got it started after kicking for half an hour, draining the carbs, cleaning the plugs, finally kick kick kick kick - and it burst into life. THEN I looked at the handlebars -uh what's this button - oh SHIT - that's right the GT750 has  an electric start .
Starts fine now but, so I don't need the wimpy lectric thing.
And its filled the basement with lovely 2 smoke. Mrs Ixion is NOT impressed though "why did you have to buy another one of those noisy smokey smelly ones. " She does not understand these things.
Nice an simple too . None of these darn powervalves and other complicated stuff. Just a crankshaft , conrod and piston. And a barrel and head. That's how engines should be. Not all that complicated stuff going round and round and round and round and up and down and up and down and and and ... uh anyway, it's simple, see, so it's more reliable.
The final statement of the classic touring two smoker. There'll never be anything like them made ever again. Alas.
Yeah, I know the Kockasucki was even simpler cos it had air cooling. But Kockasuckies want to kill me, the contract is still out on me
Two smokers rule, OK.
(Oh, I've named it Petal. Inevitable I guess)
