It's a two smoker. Ttherefore it's twice as powerful automatically, and weighs half as much. Easy
(See, I have appointed myself resident two smoker band wagon leader. Have I ever mentioned that a piston ported two stroke is the only sane engine design. Cos it doesn't have all that shit going up and down and up and down and up and down and up and down and up and down and up and down and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round --- Hang on , deep breath , any way Two smokers rule, OK )

Yep. The operative word there is "following". Tis what lesser breeds do when they encounter two smokers :devil2".
But I'm sure that if Mr Pyrocam had known that his smoke was disconcerting you (can't think why, it smells luverly), he'd have rocketed off into the distance so that you were well behind him. It's a two smoker, right?

You are forgrtting that two smokers still have a piston and conrod going up and down and up and down etc. The only sane engine design is a wankel rotary. Nothing but round and round. :niceone:

True. Very true. I never quite understood why rotarys haven't taken over completely. But very few of them in bikes. RE5 (rare as, yeah , I know you've got one, skite skite); and the Norton , only ones I know.

Sounds like a couple of guys who really need to find girlfriends.

Oh yeah, I forgot the Sachs. Never seen one mind you.
Still don't know why the rotary didn't catch on. Really, only mainstream automotive use is the Mazda RX series. Which seems to go well enough to prove that it can be done. Snowmobiles seem to use em a bit too.
Always thought they seemed a natural for bikes.

Bahahahhaa, I used to work on Richmond Road in Grey Lynn, and I used to almost always catch up to another guy who worked in the same building as me, at point chev at the lights, and we would race each other up the bullock track.
Me at 110kg on my gix 750, and him like 70kg on a modded FZR400, and he would waste me....................every bloody time... bastard. :(

Bugger. Caught by Hitchers apprentice :bleh: The thesaurus is strong with you Jim.
Could I claim he was flaunting if he did a no hands wheelie past a copper saying "Lookitme, lookitmeeeeee!!" ??

Road going Suzukis dont. T500 went 10+ years and 40000 miles (not km) without the heads off. GT750s often do 50000 without attention

I have wondered about that. if theyd pull me over.
but on the point of it smoking more than ussual. when brent_b was around today we took my back wheel of and cleaned the drum brake out GOOD (kitchen sink and toothbrush, my flatmates love me) and also realigned it.
its running much better now. I guess maybe it was working harder if it was out of alignment or something...... that I and I dont bother with warming the engine up... cough
