i doubt he has the ability to book a ticket, it needs a destination and departure location, think that would be too hard to fill in as there's no mention of those here for us to help with advice.

Seriously: Biketranz. I have used them for years and never had a problem. Also very often they have huge hardly ablesons in the van with whatever bike I have bought or sold - it wont be a problem for them if the thing is a roller. Get the seller to put air in the tyres

do what the man says above. When i sold my bike it went up north from wellington. I rode it to work that day and they cme to pick it up.They know what they are doing cos its what they do. Far cheaper than any other way too. The fella selling should be shipping it to you.

Perhaps someone on here has a van and lives in the same town as where the bike is and would happily deliver it the 5km, 50km or 500km involved if only you would say where it is.
Is it in Dunedin?

I have a van and I'm on here.
I once raced as part of South Island team because I'm fairly south. Well, South of Palmerston norf as it turned out.

I've used Biketranz for some big bikes over the years. They can winch the beast into their trailer.
Also might be worth a call to Mainfreight.

That's a radical idea. Especially if the TM ad said. "buyer to arrange pick up."

I knows it's sorted already but Wisemove.co.nz gives quotes you can select from. Prices can vary. Just used moto movers via this and well impressed.
