Hi All,
I am looking a 2000-2010 ish complete front end for a project. Preferably a 125 but anything would do ..
Would also consider a complete rolling chassis if anyone have a dead bike laying around...

2005 had AOS which was good but 2006 onwards have SSS KYB and are a step above all others.

Are the engines not very good? - seem to be a lot in the wreckers with blown motors. Just not worth fixing?

They are pretty good, but a competition engine. Needs rebuilding and maintenance to schedule. After a few years no longer competing at top level and passed onto the play racer, then onto the trail rider, then onto . . . anyway.

This, exactly. I have a great mate who runs them. 20 hours for a top end, 40 hours full rebuild. A bit longer for the 144 he built. Apparently the new model is 12 hours top end 24 hours full rebuild. Ignore at your peril!
