Watch Out Ellerslie/Panmure off ramps

Hi All

A warning for all who use the Ellerslie/Pamure motorway off ramps.

I use this exit every day and this morning when I came off the southern exit in the right handlane was a nice 4inch hole (man made) with no lid and no markings :angry2: :angry2: Then as I go round the I find to my horror there are at least another 3 of these holes on the inside lane :angry2: :angry2:

I didn't see any road warning sign at all!! fine if your in a tin top but to bad if you ride a bike.

Thanks for the warning BigB. I use this exit every day when coming home from work. Didn't notice anything yesterday at 5 pm, so the mysterious holes must have appeared overnight. What is their purpose? Drainage? A cunning disguise for a radical new speed camera? Townhouses for a new breed of urban bunnies? Wormholes into an alternate universe? the mind boggles...
