Get on a plane and ride it back. No such thing as a "wrong" end to the country. Geez. No sense of adventure these young folk.

Till date I have spent over 5000 on this bike - 2 sets of new tyres front and rear, 2 sets of front & rear sprockets, 2 sets of chains,
Carbs looked at, oil and filter changed thrice in the 12-13,000 K's I've had it....
Don't have reciepts for everything - but can point out the parts.
This is a bargain in any language -
Despite what some may tell you this bike has not been thrashed - come listen to the motor and find out - zero shakes or rattles anywhere, all controls do what they are supposed to, everything works.
Got a WOF/Rego all legal-
The price by the way is NON-NEGOTIABLE. I'll just wait till I get what I want.
Will be going on trademe for 3000 in a couple of days.

Yeah - cos until I started my new job I did 99.99% country riding once or twice a week.

Hi Guys,
Selling my ZZR250. It's a mint bike - just had a $400 service last week from Botany Honda.
New fluids, chain, sprockets, everything tigthened etc.....brake pads replaced recently.
It has been down on the right side but the damage was all cosmetic.
Any questions just ask.
Reason for sale is cos I've bought a ZXR250 and can't keep two bikes.
For what I'm asking it's nearly 1/2 what the shops want and it's as mint as their bikes - bring a mechanic along and test ride it if you don't believe me.
Hoping for a quick sale

Honestly JSG, did you EVER oil your chains? In my experience how hard you go has little or no effect on chain, unless maybe you're really brutal with gear changes or something...fark every 6500kms is just silly.

Chains were oiled about every 500kms of commuting or after every big ride.
I never planned to sell the ZZR so I used to replace partly worn parts, I wouldn't wait until the sprockets were completely jagged or smoothened...... I love my life too much.

Fair enough...mine tend to last a lot longer than taht though...perhaps it's 'cos I oil every 200-300 though. I guess it depends on your lube though.
