Pleeeeeeeeease help!!


:crybaby: I can't ride my bike until the clutch is fixed.
Does anyone know of somewhere i can get it fixed for <$400?

clutch problem? as in the clutch or the cable is busted, or some other part of the assembly is the problem?

(i dont think it'll cost much at all either way...)

She needs new clutch plates and possibly springs. The 18 years of being owned by learners have finally caught up with the poor little two fifty. With all the plates, springs, new gasket and labour it will be under $400.

Sam: I will get it fixed when i have some cash.

it should be well under $400, last time I did a clutch (GN125 Bucket)I bought a set of springs (aftermarket 15% stiffer) about $18, check the steel plates for straightness and if ok, beadblast them $25 and I think the fibre plates were under $100 (aftermarket) and I used gasket goo on the sidecover and it takes no more than an hour

Lube the clutch cable as well while it's off :yes:
