Iwould be very surprised if there were any computers as such in Germany in WWII. I assume it was just an advanced calculating machine.

IBM developed the "Automatic Sequence Calculating Machine" in 1944, described as the forerunner of computers. I too doubt that the Nazis used computers. They may have used one of IBM's accounting machines.
Their paperwork was immaculate though, enough to send a few of them to the gallows.
