I guess that sucker will think twice about doing a runner all over again, mind you he probably wont.

Anyone stupid enough to do a runner from the police in the first place has to pay the consequences.

What I love is the knee in the back as he is putting the cuffs on.

I think if I was the cop I would be shocked at what I just done to the guy and cut him a little slack.
