Can't help with the clutch. But i know TL's don't like fully synthetic oil, but this common knowledge right?

A big bore kit? I think that would come with a heavy duty clutch :P

You tried putting in after market heavy duty springs? Thats what I did, got rid of all the clutch slip, just made it a bit harder to pull in the clutch is all.

Premier make a/m fibre plates, depends on how cooked your steelies are, but the SRAD 750 steel's are the same, got some floating around here outta mine, dont think they are too bad, give us a yell if you want them, unless your steel are still sweet. Think the prem plates are around the $150 i got mine from welly m/cycles. Sorry cant remember the code for them, just check plate size before you put them in.
Also to beef things up you for a little while is chuck some washers at the bottom of your clutch springs and or put an extra steel plate in the end of the basket, dont do both though, makes a pretty tough clutch pull.

If it's bike synthetic the clutch will be fine.

Yep, well I shimed mine and put the premier springs in, it was a good result.
Not to much drama on the clutch hand and I clutched her up often:blip:
Just watch that stupid o ring when you put her back together
Also check that the clutch activator is correctly positioned.:2thumbsup

Sweet, plus it is literally a 5 minute job to do.
Feeling not too bad, bit sore today but could be because i'm trying to ween myself off the pain killers. The bruises just get better each day though aye!
