Ive got the DriRider Nordic Boots, and am very happy with them. Cost $199 in the shop, although I got a 10% discount for buying full set of gear.

No bells and whistles, but keep my feel dry and warm and arent slippery, so I dont know what more you could ask for.

If you buy boots online, go and try the same ones on in the shop first. A good fit is crucial!

Link 2 - seller y_ild_1 sells heaps of m/bike gear on Trade Me.
I think that she has a bike gear shop.

As to the quality or pricing of all the links for the bike gear.. I dont know as I dont wear those types of boots on my cruiser. But others will be able to help you out... as to whether they are a good deal or not.

Also, consider getting Draggin Jeans. Great for those hot summer days - extra protection but not as hot 'n' heavy - around $200

I also got the DriRider Nordic pants for $150 (less a 10% discount on these too) and although they are hot in the sun, they are excellent in cold/ wet weather and they also have the added bonus of making you "feel safe" - although of course they dont reduce the risk of a bin.

yep, I bought a few things off her (her full name is Leeann, or something, goes by the name of Lee), her profile is called Rider_Gear (http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/member.php?u=3868)

I think her store is in Taupo or Rotorua. Best bet is contacting her by email, very quick response usually. Her stuff was good too.
