I'm impressed with this upcoming Guzzi. Looking very BMWish. Could have done a better job with the mirrors, but a nice looking machine.

Very nice, and leave the mirrors alone - they probably work.

Very nice! Pity Guzzi haven't been making bikes like that previously 'cause if they had it would have been a hard choice between that and the Beemer.

Probably do, but something like mine on the GTR would have been better I reckon. Mine give a fantastic view.

It reminds me of the BMW R1200ST :chase:

Picture comes from http://www.raptorsandrockets.com, specifically the news link. Website is a good source of info too.

In 1928 Moto Guzzi launched the world's very first Grand Tourer and it was called Norge too. Norge is the Norwegian word for Norway. Giuseppe "Naco" Guzzi rode the GT from Mandel del Laria in Italy to North Cape in Norway in 1928. Now the full fairing is back for those that have missed that in a Guzzi. The front fairing can be adjusted electronically. Norge 1200 also gets ABS brakes. The seat looks very comfortable too. The engine is a new version of the Breva 1200 twin.

Wonders how the price will compare with a new ST1300 (which has to be the buy of the century at $23,000 +ORC)...

Hard to go passed the ST1300, admittedly, but the Guzzi is arguably, more 'exotic'.

Indeed, it is hard to overtake (passed) a ST1300. But I suspect you meant go past...

Highjacking the thread Hitcher?
Will it have to be shifted to Rant or Rave now?
