last night I messaged brent_b only to find out he was just down to the shop.20090 still nothing later on 20091 and I was a bit miffed but thought not much on it, went to bed around 11:30 or so and as soon as I got to sleep. BLEEEP BLEEEP
Bike Fucked... Fractured pelvis.. Car vs Bike at 40kph... Ooo Bugger
some more txts here and there about what the weather was like down there today and then
Was Saburu.. Guy on learners, by himself.. Uturned, stalled.. I went around on the median. but he tried to start it in gear.. Launched into me
So yeah. Brenty could do with some cibby style 'bedside manner' if anyones around or wants to pop down to see him. PM me for details (in tauranga)
edit: oh yeah. so, hes mostly ok at the moment, coherent, not easy to be mobile though.

If the engine is ok he might perform an engine swap :blip:

Sorry to hear about the mishap. Hope the turd that did it gets his come uppance. I really hope the pelvis heals up well and you have no further troubles from it and your riding mojo is still intact. AS for the bike, I reckon we should shove it piece by piece down the turds orifaces in public. Then maybe, just maybe cagers could be more cortious to bikers.

The last excuse Brent used was..." I'm waiting for my rear shock to turn up..." and then " ...they sent me the wrong shock..." and now you've broken yourself... you'll have to come for a ride eventually Brent!
Ok then... that's a pretty good excuse, but as soon as your able... we're off.
Get well soon dude

Well, hehe, whats to tell..
Thanks all for the get well wishes. Mum will be turning up in 2hrs to take me back to Wellington to heal up. The doctors gave me 6 weeks off work.
It sounds like the vtr will be written off, but I will have to wait for the paperwork to arrive from the insurance company, then wait for it to be sorted.
I have a "pubic ramus fracture" - I don't know much about terms, but one fracture on the left, two on the right, though they are down the bottom somewhere, so I didn't need a cast to keep it from falling appart. Not much pain if i sit quietly, but a reasonable amount if I try and walk.
Cheers again guys and girls!

I think it means your bollocks hit the tank so hard you cracked your pelvis in three places. I imagine your brain has decided to forget the incident ... for some reason.

So your saying ive squished me nuts? My voice hasnt changed!
I think the handlebars may have caught me as I went over, but all i remember is looking down and seeing the bike under me, then realising i was on the road. Im not sure if I blacked out or not, but quite a ride!
