I'll post some from my bad day today, lady knocked my bike over broken mirror, cracked fairings and I think I now have an oil leak. Still runs and I have her number so should be ok.

The boat in the pole is a natural for a blonde joke - but that plane has me puzzled, that's not a structual failure,it has met something nasty that cut it up....Wolverine from Xmen on a bad day?

Yeah there is an oil leek on the left side, here's the worst of the visible damage where she hit the bike, low on the right front.

Any places anyone recomends for the work, or at least for quotes on the work? I'll be seeing both Red Baron and Mt Eden this week for quotes.

When she bowled me a couple of runs ran down my block and had me right freaked. Turns out if you have any minor leaks they hid in spots like the rocker cover lip and the sparky socket until you get them horizontal. Has it actually broken a peice of iron or can you just now see a leak you could not see before?

Mike at Red Baron rocks when it comes to bullshit free quotes. (they aint the cheapest in the land but in my experience the fairest)

That's exactly what Richard at Motorcycle Surgery said as well. Nothing looks broken, but I haven't taken the fairings off as I don't know if I'd be able to fit them back on. I'll be off to see Mike on the weekend for a second quote as well for when I go back and tell her the amount.

by cripes jackrat, I'll agree 100% there! The mind boggles thinking about how you get a pole there. Still, the boat and deer shots are excessively funny :Punk:

At least the boat knows how Helen Clarks political career feels, was cruising along nicely now its suddenly come to a halt with a high probability of sinking.

Kind of gives a lie to ' this car is designed to travel fast.
Shame the drivers weren't.
Slightly off subject, but I wonder how many of these super cars ever get out of the city and suburbs. I know a guy with a new Modena, and I'm sure he's only been out of Auckland once.
I guess there's not enough people to see you in it, in the country.

I probably would've been worried if I'd been able to spot it as a porsche (gulp!)...i'll go back and look again

ahhh yes.. I see what you mean :o

The F355 didn't come off too well against that train did it? (RR sign in foreground explains the missing backside of the car!) probably watched the last scene of Fast and Furious a few too many times

I don't think that is the problem - I think it is the sudden deceleration at the end of the journey that causes them some grief by the looks of it
