insured my bike for 8Kplus gst and it cost me 660 to insure for full cover.
but they said if i have an alarm i will get 10%off and if i have an extinguisher i will get another 5% off.
i checked the extinguisher off my trail bike and it fits under the tail hump so i rang back and they took off 5% and i want to install an alarm if they are cheap enough to buy so then i can take another 10% off.
how does this compare to others insurance?
and how many have alarms fitted.

I'm with AMI, full cover on the ninja @ $2200 = $280 per year

Thats a pretty decent alarm for $80. For once motorcycle accessories are affordable.
