Anyone out there know how to make a fluffy? (That's a fluffy, not a fluffer!!!!)
We have a cappucino maker, does the steam puffer thing make the milk fluffy?
(Can you tell I'm no longer a jaffa?!)

If you want to make your milk frothy - the way to do it is to place the nozzle of the steamer just under the surface of the milk but not touching any of the sides of the container.

Gently move the steamer nozzle up and down through the milk by moving the milk container, always keep the nozzle under the surface as you fill the milk container with steam - aim for a smooth bubbling noise not sporadic bubbling with large bubbles.

Use cold milk and if possible a steel container, keep doing it until either the milk reaches 75c or gets too hot to hold on to.

A 'fluffy' is but a coffeeless coffee made from fluffed milk is it not?

Other than that - what JSG said. Some domestic machines are better than others on the milk front...you may have to be patient...
