Well me & Inlinefour hooked up for a ride up to Mokau today & when we got to Urenui to fill up with gas Inline handed over his CBR600 Pit Bike into my safe hand's :blip: I remember him saying one thing as I lept onto it something about suffing in the tyre's , hope I did a good enough job get them to the egde :2thumbsup . Must say I'v riden alot of bike & this little CBR was excellent ! Suspenion need to be alittle harder for me as a couple of corner's on the way out got abit scary at over 2undy plus but keep it's self on track once it landed back onto the road  . Power was very good for a 600cc motor & manged to make the Rev light come on up to 5th gear [15,000 RPM ] though one section of road . Brake's were very good with just alittle much grab at the begining but had excellent feel . Bike's steering was pretty much neutral when dropping into a corner & held a smooth line through out the Apex's & changed from side to side very quickly with out to much head shake at speed . So in my book a Bloody wonderful bike for been a 600cc bike . Thanks for the opportunity to ride your Very new bike Inline not something just anyone would do even if they had seen me ride my GSXR :blip: Hope ya enjoyed my GSXR !! Sounded like it when ya pulled up at MT Messenger

That bike of yours is nuts. Mine I have to change gear, that one does not mind. Got it up to similar speed as you spoke of, but it was just cruising by the look of the rev counter. The K3, or at least Sensei's one is by far much better than the modern K5. Had any of the other bikes I test piloted been that nice to ride, then I would have purchased one. Thumbs up to the Sensei's K3:2thumbsup

As above thanks for trusting me with your bike INLINE . Great day & nice to see your riding is getting better every time you come out with me . Your corner speed coming home was good may have something to do with the other bike's ?? Busha , ZX12 , Laverda 1000 .

But Ive been practicing a fair bit up that way and at times gone a little faster. That dude on the Laverda was really great to talk to. I hope I get the chance to yack to him again, oh yea and he can ride, like you said Sensei:msn-wink:
Great to see so many bikes out on the road. Was a great day for it. Even passed a mate coming up to the george to pick up his reciently purchased & stacked cage. Prior he was saying that we was definitely going to sell his GPX600f. After seeing us lot, he is having another think about what is important to him. Was looking forward to him coming riding, hope he holds onto it.:niceone:

Good to read your report of the CBR6, I imagined they could haul. Havn't ridden one myself and it'll probably be a while till I go back to the 600cc...would find it too taxing to take such a step back from the sheer grunt of the 1000cc+ engine.

You were a gentleman to entrust him with your keys too btw!

I'm thinking about my first big bike in the next few months and I've always been a Honda man. Good to hear that the CBR600 is doing well. Still a hard decision with what's available nowdays.

All I've ridden are 250 2 strokes and now a VTR250 until I actually finally get around to getting my license upgraded....*cough* 7 years on learners *cough*

I've done a few puke days on my two smokers and have ridden for years so I'm pretty handy on two wheels. Can't wait to finally get a bigger bike.

My last bike was a 600RR - an absolutely brilliant machine. Fantastic handling, and such a pokey engine.

I miss it. But Ms Biff insists on something she can sit on in comfort.

I thought the idea was to get her a bike of her own that was comfortsble for her to ride on???:thud:

Good to read your report of the CBR6, I imagined they could haul.
The 05 CBR6 is a lovely bike - the handling and brakes are excellent! Needs to be revved to get going, but over 10k rpm it really takes off.
