I have to send a package to Auckland (jacket that doesn't fit). Any hints regarding cheap couriers?
The cheapest I can find is Fastway @ $13.50.
The package is roughly 3.5 kg and 0.05 cubic metres.

fastway is the cheapest i've found with decent service.

post, normal mail at the post office - i just sent a 16kg set of bunks to raetehi for $15. don't overnight courier it.

Don't use Courier Post!!!! Loosebruce couriered a headlight down for me and I've spent about a week and a half trying to track it down! They're automatic phone message said a note had been left at home saying that they'd tried to deliver it (bollocks) and then the real lady on the phone said it was at the post shop (where our PO Box is)! Argh!!!

It's the second time we've had probs with them actually. I think it's cause of complications with the rural address thing but still they're pretty bloody useless if they can't handle that!

On the other hand, Courier Post is the one and only crowd I haven't had problems with (yet...)
And Yes - I live at a rural address.
