Want to say thks to Jim & D.
Yes im a ex Mstn kid, ive spent little time working at suzuki (many yrs ago)and use to know slightie and all the boys! now in syd, but not forever, do miss those roads in NZ! (but not the gravel rash:) D, if you still have that guys contact some where? and you have the time to dig it out? please do! i have family in Brissie so i do get up there! few bummers over here, heaps of cops! heaps of speed traps/radars! and 15km over the speed limit is 2 points off the licence! (12 points total) get caught doing the ton or more in a 100km high way loose your licence! really stuffed!!! so either stick to the limit or blow them to the weeds and they wonder what the hell was that? :)

W/S The Guys name is Noel @ M/C exhaust professionals, Ph: 07 38089377 or 0411190691 The problem is I spose is that being such an old bike there isent a standard pipe at any of the common aftermarket makers but heres a list cos ya never know: http://www.staintune.com.au/
http://www.scorpionexhausts.com/
http://www.neptunemufflers.co.nz/
http://www.formula1mc.com.au/ bet ya it will sound sweet with a 4 into 1 when I was in Brissie I had a 97 VFR750 and it had a Lazer 4-1 it sounded goooood.

Yeh the pionts thing over there is a bit hard I kept getting pinged for crossing the continous white line cos as yo know over here you can, no passing lines are yellow and brocken.
Now let me in on somthing here what does 'chao' mean? as there is a couple of Canadins that I see on a Guzzi forum site that sign of the same way.

G'Day, thks for the info! yes i'll have to check it out! i see you have a guzzi, rrr my fav! hope to be next bike! did you know that a 1100 guzzi holds the land speed record on the salt lakes in USA for the fastest pushrod bike! beats all the harleys! 1400/1600cc. and whats best is very little mods done to it!
we will have talk again some time on this subject! :) oh yeah you want to know what Chao means? as you guest it, means good bye in a friendly way! as the itlians say "chao Bella" spose some thing i picked up on my travells?
went to neptune and had a look around some nice bikes there in the gallery! got a reply back saying they only produce mufflers (nice ones at that) so im still on the hunt. speak to you again and thks for effort in repling.
wait for it.... chao.

Hi, any advice you can offer me? any plans you can offer? yeah i can see it would be a bitch to make! especially with full faring on my bike. i have posted my bike in the gallery you can see i have the std pipes with some nice USA kerkers which do sound nice :) one of my mates says its loud? to me its quiet. what mufflers have you used in the past on a 4:1 v4 pipe.
thks.

On the 750 I used a small straight through(2" core) alloy can(noisy),on the thou we're using an old FZR1000 muffler(my mate wants it quiet)and on the other 750 we used a Kerker race can(same as the one on my gixx in my profile)which prolly has the best sound, not too loud, not too quiet, but prolly won't look right on the thou......
Not much advice I can offer,it's a real bitch to do,getting the pipes all the same length takes some doing, and you need to split the system so you can get it on/off( that damn V configuration)....sorry
