South Island New Year's Trail Rides?

Does anyone know of any organised trail rides being held in the South Island between the 26th of December and the 8th of January?

I've already got some good riding lined up in different parts of the South Island during this period with a couple of mates, but want to maximise time on my bike. I only make it back to CHCH every couple of months to pull my DRZ out of the shed :weep:

I looked at the events forum, but it only seems to cater to road riding.

Contact Superiors or dirt action to see what fliers they have in off rides over that time.
It may be a bit quiet over that time, but there is always the local 4wd tracks and river's for free riding.

Been thinking, I'd be dead keen to do the mish down to the southeren mans land, I just don't where the Funk i'd be going.
I needa man who know's a bit. Ohh soo hard to find :whocares:
