tried the wreckers' yards?
if you get some from there, find the flattest table you can and put them face down and check like hell that they aren't warped before you part with your hard earned.. else, tried Oz and over seas?

Yeah, try the wreckers. There may well be another Honda disk that will fit, and a decent wrecker should know that.
Alternatively, there are aftermarket disks available; I recall seeing some at Cycletreads last time I was there that were quite reasonably priced.
Then there's that place in Waihi - FGB? or summat.

Mr Honda uses the same parts in many bikes, so a comparison may turn up another bike with the same disk.

Check Trademe, the guy from Waihi advertises on there.
He has a good range and could probably manufacture using your origianal as a template. Have a look, get in touch and Im sure he'll sort things out for you.

Ring Econohonda or email them. There are heaps of diks common to different mdels in the Honda range.

if you want overseas stuff, try www.davidsilverspares.co.uk as a last resort - they are very expensive on postage, but should have what you want

I last had him at 021 616 245. Graham Cornes was the name.
The rear disc I have seems fine. No grizzles with quality, easy guy to deal with.
He seems to favour stainless, but iirc could do some iron too. Best to ask yourself though

I've not long replaced mine cause of a warped disk. Got a set of Galfer Wave rotors. Cost $1100 NZ fitted. Best thing I've done to my bike so far!!
Initial grab is great but there is NO fade, the more you pull on the lever the better they pull up!
Got them from www.cyclebrakes.com (http://www.cyclebrakes.com/html/galfer_brake_rotors.html)

He advertises in Bike Rider magazine - I've got the ad sitting in front of me - that number is correct (as of the october/november issue), and his email is powermotorcycles@hotmail.com.

Whoops! Did I type ...245? I did mean ...295.
Well spotted Ixion.
You might also ask him what sort of stainless he's using. Martensitic or austenitic.
Austenitic (http://www.stainless-steel-world.net/basicfacts/what_austenitic.asp) or martensitic (http://www.stainless-steel-world.net/basicfacts/what_martensitic.asp)
Then match the pads.
