Anyone got a trailer-tent in Akl?

thinking about going away for a couple of days in the cage around somewhere.. but it'd be cool for a trailer tent, but I can't find any to buy (and they're expensive for a one-off) and you can't rent them. So has anyone got one that I could borrow/lend off for a few days over the xmas break?

I know someone who has one of those things, but they are in the south island...

Why not rig up a tarp off the side of the car with some poles.... and sleep out in the night and enjoy looking at the stars.:banana:

the back seats and mattress in the back is looking like a good back up option.. the south island is a bit of a drive
