Perhaps this morning??
About 10.30am you were passing over the Auckland Harbour bridge.
Heading north...
On your GREEN motorbike.
With your pillion on the back?
You were, of course, looking COOL...
Wearing cotton trousers,
And a t-shirt!
Your lady was wearing a lovely halter top which revealed her lovely arms,
And by wearing shorts, her lovely legs were in full view!
For all of us to see.
Those shoes were DEVINE!... had she been wearing them.
A good thing you were in the fast lane.
doing "slightly" over the posted limit.
Hope you arrived safely.
Cocksucker.

Whats with the posts when someone see's a rider not wearing a full armoured suit etc etc I came back from the city this afternoon and saw a rider going north with shorts on,riders wearing jeans on some of the group rides ... So?..that is their choice.... Its a bit fooken rich when total strangers are being called out as cocksuckers on a public board.

If you come off and slide when it's YOUR fault?
EDIT: Some safety gear on????
Bare arms AND bare legs? Get real people!!!

I'm going to start riding in a thong. That'll make all you clothing nazis go blind and you won't complain anymore.

I give up.
Ride naked if you wish.
I'm not an "entire full body armour" nazi.
If tossers want to get road rash on themselves, far be it from my imbecile moron intellect to question that.
If you wish to endanger your fair-maiden pillion passenger, explain that at her bedside.

Must say that i would consider myself to be a considerable DUMBASS to ride in that little gear...hell at least jeans, solid shoes/boots a jacket gloves and helmet!!! that is my minimum...but hey...that is only what i would consider for myself...

Couldn't it be considered just a bit PC to crack on about other riders not wearing what some see as essential riding gear? What happened to freedom of choice and all the associated ideas that regularly get an airing on these forums?

Im with you all the way on this one Swoop, all the gear all the time its pretty simple really, a ducati rider at the Puhoi pub a few months back was pick out as a dick for wearing sandshoes by the ' billy connolly ' comedian that was there at the time, '' get some boots ya wanker '' was the comment. It is up to individual rider as to what they wear, maybe some riders dont mind being spoon fed for a few months after an ''off '' ...... thats if they live to eat again of cause.

I don't care what the rider wears, he/she is possibly old and wise enough to make that decision allllll bye themselves.
However the pillion dosen't always get too much choice in instances like these. Even a pair of jeans would of helped for a nano-second on an "off"!!!
Nice legs though....

You miss the point.
I don't disagree with your principle. I'm just sick to death of people posting every bloody incident they see. So someone/somepeople you saw today weren't wearing the 'appropriate' gear. Boo f'n hoo. Save it for your election speech...

Everyone makes their own decisions in life.
Im pretty sure if you get on the back of a bike, then you know its a dangerous thing to do.
You make your choices and live with the consequences.....
99% of the time I wear a full 1-piece but the odd now and then I'll cruise up town in pants and a shirt..........my choice and I wouldn't appreciate a cocksucker telling me I shouldn't.

No thanks, your mum bakes me a cake every time me and my 'boyfriends' go around and give her some bum love. Despite giving half of them away to the local school's bake & sell, we've still got a pantry full of them.
