Madboy - where are you?

Weather is looking good.

Anyway for any newbies in Wellington area

The Real Thursday Night Ride leaves Maungaraki car park, off Hutt motorway. Leave 18.30 sharp. Usually head over the hill or out to Wainui meet at breakers for some pool afterwards.

If there is a large group it will be split in two according to your preferred speed.

Post any questions below

See ya there.

Don't know if I'll make it or not. Got to be in Porirua at 7.30 anyway and then fix my bike more so won't be at the pub afterwards either. Argh - one day I'll be able to get back into trtnr's properly. Next week should be good.

I thought, since it's nearly the longest day and all, and it's light 'til about 20:30 we could go for a bit more penetration into the Wairarapa, e.g. around the lake or out to passed Martinbourogh. Whaddaya recon?

No dramas early on anyways.

"Someone" will apparently be receiving a speeding ticket in the mail.

Is it safe for the Police to pull someone over on a roundabout. (White painted side bits between exit and entrance) ?

And do the cops need to show you the speed they "lasered" you at on the spot or can they send that out in the post too, if requested ?

I'm just curious of course :blip:

Although you have the right to request they show you the laser readout, they'll just say they cleared it to get the next vehicle and then it's their word against yours. And we all know pigs never lie, especially not in court.

"Someone" needs to remount their numberplate. I hear the tankbag is a secure fixture.
