I turned up Saturday and unloaded gear got set up went over and met K14 had a bet with my mate Sam that I could get my knee down on BMX etc boy stuff aka Stupidity at its best

Practice 1:

Went out running RS in and kept having to come in for more tape because it just was not getting hot enough, 3 laps changing at 10 000 rpm is slow after 3 laps I got to go a little bit faster but jetting was ultra safe and flooding motor

I came in at end of practice dad changed jet sizes for me

Practice 2:

Went out giving it shit but was finding it quite difficult I was just way of the pace and qualified last just Behind Mandy New

The day was cut short due to weather so went back to motor camp

Race 1:

Stalled on the line lol

Went out and got a pretty good start passing a few bikes off the line but buttoned off due to my visor fogging up I was ahead of Mandy New right round Coke through the esses Castrol then into Splash revving the shit out of it up high into hairpin dropped down full noise on the throttle out onto the Dennis Holme straight but just didnt have the straight line speed of her bike as she passed me I drafted her for a while and tried going up the inside but was not close enough gassing it down back straight in a complete tuck and straight through Dunlop sweeper head behind the screen to keep as much speed up as possible but she got out of there ultra fast and I tried once more under braking but was way off her tail and she ended up pulling a 17 second lead over me near the end losing 3 seconds a lap to her just on straight line speed cause I could dive up on her under brakes I was happy to be so close to her as she has tons of RS experience

Race 2:

I fucked my launch up leaving the line so slow and just being no were near anyone so just used this to practice new lines styles etc was fun tho got a good slip stream into Dunlop finding out I can break a shit load later into there as I am still anxious about going flat through there so I finsished last in this race

Race 3:

With some advice from K14 about light starts I was ready and got a cracker start of the line passing Mandy New again and into COke I went ahead of her through the Esses into Castrol through Splash into the Hairpin knowing I wouldnt have a chance down the Dennis Holme straight so just tucked and went into Higgens behind her down back straight tucking down hard into Dunlop down front straight and dived up inside of her under braking but had to climb on them so I wouldnt wipe us out the battle continued for a while until she pulled away and I couldnt keep up eventually finishing last again but was happy with my results to even be near her at all

I would like to thank Dad and Mum, Langlands Honda, Featherston Engineering, HJC Helmets Sidi boots, DID Chains, Veshrah Brakes, and one big thank you to dad getting the bike running a day before the Natinoanls
