Hey I was just wondering if anyone can help me out here, and tell me how old you have to be in Australia to get your motorcycle licence? And what are the conditions for riding on a learners licence in Australia? I'm jumping the ditch soon (for the better weather and lifestyle), and am curious as I plan on getting my motorcycle licence as soon as possible. And what's the best kind of bike I can get as far as reliable cheap four-stroke road bikes go? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.:blank:

welcome to the land of aus.
rules and regs change in each state.
im in QLD and 16 ur eligelbe 4 learners and can ride with them as long as there is a driver with an open licence following u.
for those over the age of 17 with there learners QRIDE can take you on there course and give u our RE licence
RE = rictricted 250 = 250cc licence
as for 4stroke 250's go for gold CBRR or ZXR the only 250 to satisfy anything falls short:Pokey:
