There are 2 enduro series being run this year, the 2006 Central Series and the 2006 National Series.
Central Series:
Rd 1 : February 19 (sunday) @ Makara
Rd 2 : March 11 (saturday) @ Kapi Mana
Rd 3 : April 15 (saturday) @ Pahiatua
Rd 4 : June 11 (sunday) @ Martinborough
Rd 5 : August 6 (sunday) @ Santoft
Rd 6 : September (sunday) @ Gwavas

National Series:
Rd 1 : January 21 (saturday) @ Tokoroa
Rd 2 : February 4 (saturday) @ Tutumoe - Dargaville
Rd 3 : February 25 (saturday) @ Waimiha
Rd 4 : March 11 (saturday) @ Kapi Mana
Rd 5 : April 1 (saturday) @ Riverhead
Rd 6 : April 15 (saturday) @ Pahiatua
Rd 7 : June 25 (sunday) @ Woodhill

Its important to note that some of the enduros are being held on saturday and some on sunday. The reason for this is that at each of the saturday enduros there will be a riding training day held on the sunday for the riders who intend to participate at the 2006 International Six Days Enduro being held at Taupo, November 14-19. Some of those sundays will also be using the enduro track for a local trail ride.....ie the Tokoroa Rd on Jan 21 is also much the same track for the Amisfield Charity Ride on Jan 22.....and the Tutumoe Rd on Feb 4th also has a training day and local trail ride on sunday the 5th.

Enduros are fairly easy these days....approx 4 hrs riding for intermediates....5 for the experts. Try the Tokoroa rd ....if you like it you will want to try the others. You need a well prepped bike, full MNZ licence and 2 fuel cans for this event.
You will find more info in the latest KiwiRider Mag and @ silver-bullet.co.nz
