This is a good quality product I get the same stuff down here. Comes in powdered form. Just mix with water or milk. It is unflavoured so you can add whatever flavour you like ie. a teaspoon of vanilla into the mixture or Milo or whatever. Good price too.

Hey Guys/Girls FYI I am not here to antagonise no one , I've noticed some KBs are also happen to be bodybuilders/ gym goers and since we got a few bags of these protein I thought it'd be good idea to see if anyone needs them. The team I am with purchased a whole pallet but some bags left unconsumed, we are not making a profit out of this as it's really the cost price, and good stuff.
