Hi guys,

I am thinking seriously of making my own paddock stands and if that goes well of making them as a small money earner.

They seem to be pretty simple to make but I am having trouble working out a simple way to make the the supports that go under the swing arm.

The choice appears to be some form of casting (expensive) or combinatin of rod welded to a folded steel plate. Then locking screws, clips etc etc

If people have the time is it possible to send me some high res fotos of their stands, in particular the detail concerning the supports. Also interested in the choice of wheels and their forms of attachments.

Any other useful comments much appreciated.

Cheers, Fraser

Here are some pics, let me know if there's any other angles/detail you want.

Thanks mate! Nice quality fotos.

Any pics of the wheels and their attachments to the frame?

Also pics of the locking screw on the lateral adjusters. Maybe one with the screw out so I can see how they made the receiver for it and one of the screw/knob itself so I can show to a supplier as an example.

Also looking for pics of type of supports that go under the swingarm, as I believe yours hook into bobbins.

Cheers
