Too many stoppies?
Sounds like bikes bias is more front end......suspension issues....weight of ride.....that is just my uneducated guess....I know my old RF900 had a front end bias which wore the front at almost the same rate as the rear......is it a softer tyre than rear

Two options,
1, Front wheel drive. Rare and unique.
2, Your sitting on the seat back to front and its actually the rear tyre.
