Longhorn Leather in Colombo street would be worth a try they do some very nice work and one of the guys there is into bikes, he has got (or used to have) a Ducati 750F1

if its just paint, why not DIY?

or do you want something carved/embossed and/or sewn? might be expensive cos if an existing jacket you will have to take the lining out to give them access to it?

guessing. Post a pic when its done though.
