can't help with the sidecar info but g'day. Saw a Vespa ( or Vespa lookalike ) with a sidecar complete with resident ankle-biter as a passenger at the service station at the weekend. Looked a real professional job

There is an active sidecar club in Auckland, contact them, most outfits get sold word of mouth.Lee Rusty on this site,or Lee Hurley as he's more commonly known will set you on the right track.

If it was kind of a pistachio green colour, that was Michael from Retroscooter in Mt Eden. The scoot is an Indian Vespa PX clone, and I think the chair is an Indian made job too, probably a bit too small to go on a big bike though.

That'd be the one, looked pretty cool, don't suppose the top speed was anything to write home about but I don't suppose that's the point

welcome
considering the new thingy inm the latest bronz mag you might wanna hold off buying that sidecar.
You'll be required to show engineers certs and stuff to get your WOF.

There will be grandfather clauses I'm sure - I don't think you'd have to front up with engineers reports for your 1952 Steib or Watsonian.
