Wait for it...... they'll be lowering the speed limit over that one soon.

If I were him I would have kept my visor down so no one would recognise me later! I wonder if they managed to get all the concrete off before it started to set?
He obviously didn't read the road code - "slow down for road works" - and isn't that rule set in stone? Whoops, or should that be concrete?

Speed IS the cause of all accidents. Even this one wouldn't have happened if the bike had been stationary. :nya:
