My mate is trying to access the site but she keeps getting the message..."You do not have permission to access this page" Can you guys help

It sounds a bit patronising, but if I had a dollar for every user that insisted they'd got the URL correct....

Probably a good idea to ring her ISP's help line too.

If she's logged in OK, get her to logout and try what John said, and if it's still a problem when she logs back in, contact SpankMe.

You can clear cookies from Internet Explorer by clicking on the Tools menu, then Internet options, then clear cookies.

what pages can she not access??

I believe some pages are senior members only, guess permissions (as Jim2 said) may also be restricting her.

Is she a KB member?
If shes not an official member she wont be able to post threads etc.

Plus i bet she doesnt know the secret hand shake and word!

I have had quite a few people tell me they are "logging in" and all they are doing is typing www.kiwibiker.co.nz and the just clicking on the forums. They claim to be logged in, but they are just registered as a guest. Easy mistake to make
