RG150 suspension

Can you adjust the suspension on this bike? I've heard that the preload can be adjusted, is this correct? What is the preload and how can i adjust it?
Any help would be appreciated.

Nah mate, have to ride it as yourve got it.... if it grinds, hang off more...
