Anyone else going to the Classic Car and Hot Rod show this weekend at Kumeu Showgrounds?

Always a great day out. I'll probably go Saturday if it's as sunny as it is today.

Afterwards I think I'll go for a stroll up SH16, haven't done that for ages. Any one care to join me?

I should be there, Magnetos are going to have a stand with some scoots and sounds going on.

Don't think I'll bother this year,missed last year too - it's a killer day in the hot hot sun,and seen one,seen em all....

Came back to my van one year to see the internal temp pegged out at 50 deg!!!

Yeah I'll be going on the Sunday. Sorry, can't remember the cost as I've missed the last couple of years but it isn't much.

I was planning to get out there some time in the morning with some friends and then head to a beach somewhere, sh16 sounds like it could be a blast

Cost is like $8 for adults and parking is free, i think thats what the add said

We parked at the side of the road last year, just because of the queues.

Yeah, it's Sat & Sun. Last time I went I think the cost was $5 but I'd say it'll be less than $10. Looking at the weather now I'll be going this morning for sure. Might see some of you folks there then.

I had heard there was something on @ Meremere this weekend. Looks like it's the Northern Nats for me tomorrow too.
