CRAP, CRAP, CRAP!
I am absolutely gutted! My mate has scored two, free, all access passes to both the Clipsal 500 in Adelaide, then two weeks later the Australian F1 GP in Melbourne!! Plus, he's scored us free transport and accomodation for the 18 days over there...! :Punk: Now comes the problem:
All I gotta do is pay for the airfares and spending money over there for food/booze. Easy you say? No - I'm currently paying for my wedding in Mid April, plus the washing machine blew up last week so I'm as broke as one of those things that don't have money... um, a squirrel! :brick:
Oh, and before anyone asks - he already has other people lined up incase I can't go... I'm just his first choice!
Solution: I have a full sized billiard table that I almost never use any more...
Any takers? She's a 5-piece slate table in average condition. Originally built by Barton McGill in Auckland, complete with assorted cues (short, normal & long), balls, scoreboard, triangle, brush and iron. From memory it has one small nick in the fabric - it's been over six months since I last played on it, so negotiable if there are any more!
It's all assembled at the moment at a friends parents place in Palmerston North (it won't fit in my bedroom :rofl:). If you're serious and want to take a look I can organise a time to show it to you, but please - no tire kickers.
Asking $2000 ono (go on, make me an offer). :Pokey: Buyer to pickup from PNorth. I would recommend a moving truck (and bribing a couple of big burly mates to help you move it). To give you an idea, when I brought it about 5 years ago, it cost $500 to get it delivered from Taupo to Pahiatua.
PM if interested, I'll keep it up here until Friday 27th Jan, then I'll chuck (it) up on Tardme.
